Your file was obviously sent to POS with a bunch of others in July/August and you just did not know about it. When it happened, someone on the JAMFAM had mentioned that they received a letter from POS which caused a mass confustion and most of us called CIC to find out where our file was. CIC confirmed that it had been transferred to POS for "work overflow" (or something like that).

Well I guess so, wasn't really keeping up to date with what was happening.

Hey guys I just thought I'd give u an update we have received our refusal letter :'(I'm here in Jamaica so I was with hubby when we got his and mine was delivered in Canada yesterday it's a hard time for us but the struggle continues! Now I need to figure out what to do for this appeal I'm so frustrated right now I can't believe how badmind people can really be! Their reasoning was they think he married just to come to come to Canada! If there's anyone on here that's been thru the appeal process or going thru it please help and share your experience so I know what I'm walking into :'(

Please do not stress about this...I know that is easier said than done. Enjoy the time left together talk, laugh, cuddle, make passionate love and pray to have strength to begin round two of your immigration journey.

My love got his medical and xray done on Tues, as well as sent his requested docs via DHL..
he got a call from the xray office today wanting him to redo the xray...WTF!

YAY! CeCe!!! that's excellent, the wording is all the same as my PPR last week except we didn't need Meds, but all of our docs have to go to Trini too! Hubby is just waiting on his PP renewal to come (Hopefully today!!) and then I'll let you know the cost to send to Trini when I do it - but I'm pretty sure it will be over $100 as Sammy mentioned.

This is one form we had to fill out last year as well, basically all the same info as forms you have already filled out.. it was explained to me that where you send your paperwork first, they keep part of the forms and the rest gets sent to Kingston(or where ever)
I do see though that some just get asked as an update to see if anything else has changed.

Don't stress, get it in so they can keep up the processing

Ooohhhh Sammy so very happy for you!! It is long overdue!! I am sure once he is here in your arms with his baby girl's arms wrapped around his leg that the long wait will be a blur. I am looking foward to the landing story which I am sure will be a tear jerker. Enjoy the happy reunion :-*
