Hi All, been reading the last few pages so decided to call CIC and yes our app too was sent to POS, hoping and praying that this goes through quick and no issues come about.

Spence you applied in May but got sponsorship approval in Sept 2013 and file sent to KGN Sept 2013? If this is the case then yes our theory of Sept/Oct 2013 files were sent to PoS, but we just do not know about the hundreds of others tht we do not know about...sigh...

Maybe not all was sent, maybe each vo split their file in 2 an send the other half away. we have no idea wats happening. But who knows maybe this is wat they do every year and we just finding out, cause i asked my mom and she says this is not something new.

I'm calling again to find out if ours was sent to, hopefully they tell me this time because that guy didn't tell me anything that it was transferred to Kingston but might be at a next location!! Doesn't make no sense

Call back and ask if they can confirm if your file which was in KGN has been send to PoS for processing and if so when did it go. My Ottawa agent was able to tell me when it went just that it had gone to PoS for processing.

Every time that I have called CIC and gotten a man he/they/men have been terrible with answering my questions or helping out. Esp when they have a French accent (no offence to our french speaking members). I vow that whenever I have to call again and get a guy I will just hang up and try again! LOL!

Men dont have the patience are have the need to search for anything if they dont have to.

Now what I never understood about this process is that they refuse to divulge information to the sponsors... but yet we are responsible for them for THREE years! How is that even possible? I think it's ridiculous!

So odd Sammy! Hmmm, but maybe they cannot give you any information bc it is on its way to being DONE and FINAL for you!??!? Hoping and praying that is the case sweetie :-*
