Sammy did you hubby sent off the PC ? Mine will go on Monday morning to get it again since its already expired.

No he didn't because he wasn't able to find it!!! He was pissed right off. His brother was staying there and was moving all his stuff around and things went missing. The PC was one of them. So instead of sending it in he went and got a new on this past Monday. Took him less than 2 hours in Kingston. So all of those who are going to MoBay....might be worth the trip to go to Kingston. No wait times.

Well I'm at 15 months today. With all the action earlier this year I didn't think I would be here I know posted times are 25 months but a girl can hope right.

Come on Kingston. We need our families together. Issue some darn VISA'S will ya!!!

Granted it's CURRENTLY at 25 months, but when we applied it was 16 months (or something like that), so we had THAT faith in mind when it happened. This 25 months thing is CRAZY

So I have been staying away in hopes I would come back to a whack load of great news and.... wtf Kingston?! get this show on the road! We are all still waiting with patience running very thin!!!!!!

CRAZY is right! This week has been one of the worst so far, my faith in Kingston is slim to none! honestly, i would like to know exactly what they do during work hours...a day in the life of a kingston VO...looks to me like they get paid for nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't care what they say, this is inhumane to expect anyone to wait 25 months to start their life with their husband. there is no reason why they cannot get these files processed with the months of PC and Meds (9-12 months)

I am angry for all of us, and extremely discouraged.

May we all receive some good news soon!

Oh ok sounds!! Yea my husband lives in Kingston and last time he was there only for an hour. He lives near to the visa office, I always telling him Go around there and try to make new friends whos working there so they will fast track ur application ! lolol

Did Mr. P. get through at the police station the other day? My hubby has to re-do his at some point, his expired last month. When he got the first one in October it took him 3 days. Finally got through on the 3rd day after waiting in line from 5 am till noon. What an absolute gong show they have going on there!!

Hey CocoVanilla! Yes, Mr. P got through after literally waiting all day. He got there before 8 am and didn't leave until after 6 pm. Thank God they still let him through...I was convinced they were just going to send him away, even if he did have all the paperwork part of it completed before they closed...phew!

Mrs. Davis I didn't realize you were so close to Sammy's timeline! All the best ladies, you are up for a lovely reunion soon!

oh , I hope so! They asked for his RPRF and gave us 30 days. The letter said it was to conclude his application. I'm afraid to read too much I to that

I got the exact same letter on April 24th it was paid within the week and I've still not heard anything since ...I gueas they have a different definition of the word conclude..

I am a newbie and will like to join the forum as well, I am in the same situation, my wife paper are in Kingston since September 2013. I feel the same way as everyone on the forum and pray that things happen soon. We are taxpayer like anyone else and deserve some answer….

My husband and I had our consultant complete our package for us. He has had success bringing a sponsored spouse over in 3 months from Africa....He said that my husband should be here within 1 year of the medical which was completed in March 2014. He also mentioned that when you complete your application, you should pay all fees including PR or it will delay your file significantly. It actually only takes a few months to process but they don't rush completed applications for some reason.

I really pray for the best...I do see all of you ladies and gentlemen have been waiting for quite some time and I hope you get through soon, as well as my husband and I.

Question ladies: How long did it take for your husband to receive some id number so that he can check his status? Also, was is it sent by email, letter, phone call? Hubby hasn't received anything and I received the approval for sponsorship in July.
