Since 2010 I have been going down two or three times a year. This time however things kept me home and I haven't been there since last March. A whole year apart! It's been ... as you can imagine so I am beyond excited as you can imagine. Going for a week . Usually packed by now lol but I've had a stomach flu all week. Just feeling better today. So , I am very ready for this trip!!

I know what you mean hun... same with me.. havent been there from april and im goin back in may for 3 weeks... cant wait!!!

They haven't been that quiet....I did get an update.

They emailed me to let me know that they have requested for our medicals to be extended

for those who don't know...they only ask to extend medicals when everything else on the file has been completed and the applicant has meet eligibility to come to Canada.

it could take a few weeks for them to get word that it has been extended....but this is GREAT news either way.

Way to go Kingston! Wonderful news Sammy, must feel like some weight lifted off those shoulders. He WILL be home the end of next month.

I can only imagine how frustrating it is/will be to see the end in sight and those last few weeks/days feel like an eternity! Hang in there GG!!

I was just wondering who on here had DH as their worker? Interested in hearing any good or bad things ...... I wish Dh would work faster! LOL

I hope you hear something soon. Ours took almost a month to come back to us. We handed it in March 7th DM on the 2nd and passport in hand on the 4th. My husband was in Kingston so he picked it up at DHL

Thanks Carm!!! I have learned to have no expectations regarding this process so we try and wait patiently for his passport to be returned.
