greengurl said:Hi Everyone!
I arrived home safe and sound. I had a wonderful time in JM and am so blessed that I was able to spend time with my hubby. This was the first Valentine's Day that we spent together in 5 years and it was amazing. I definitely had all of you in my thoughts as I know how difficult it is to be away from your loved one especially on Valentine's Day. I will have to do some reading to catch up with the forum but congrats to all of those who received news and updates from Kingston.
I just checked our ECAS and we are in Process as of February 14!!!
I don't know how I am going to handle the PPR as just with this update tears are flowing!
Have a great Monday!
For pictures - I included them in a mini envelope and at the back of each picture labeling the dates, where we were and who was in the picture (if there was fam/friends etc).JosyAnn said:Wow I've been ready a couple of posts and this forum is great!
I see some of you have been waiting forever, but in the spreadsheet I saw some applications that got through in 4-5-6 months!! We have to keep the faith right!?
So here are a couple of questions for you:
- I know we need to include pictures in our application right? How did you organze them? Simply put them in an enveloppe? Or tape them to a sheet of paper? Write a description with dates behind them? Under them? Or not at all?
- Medical exam: did you wait until Kingston contacted your spouse to say now is time for medical exam? Or you did it prior to sending the application? DId you do it in Montego Bay? Kingston? Mandeville? I called the Mandeville place and honestly they didnt seem to know what I was talking about and asked me to call back in 10 minutes for them to get the info I was asking.... :S Should I go elsewhere?
Thanks in advance!

Hi hun, to be honest everyone did their applications different.. You will have some forum member who send a lot and some that send a little.. Its not the quantity of what you send, its the quality...JosyAnn said:Wow I've been ready a couple of posts and this forum is great!

My husband finally got the call to go to Mobay to take his passport to mail in to Kingston also to send a prepaid return envelope. How long do u think it will be before his paperwork comes in??
