Ok so I went on my interview with my two kids on the 23 April,2013,was really nervous cause you don't know what to expect,even though you know everything about your hubby nervousness can make you stutter. Oh well she just compare the pic in the pp with the kids then she said they could wait outside. I got a white Elderly woman really stern. first and foremost make sure you have every thing that list request I had 30days to get everything organized. So I went in to be honest cant remember if she tol me her name but I know she said am your VO that would be doing your interview and I want nuting but the truth lol,i thought I was in court lol,but anyway she she said I would determine if you would be qualify for a visa.She took all my documents she went through them I saw her nudding her head,then she pick up the stock of phone call records then she said what it your husband number of course you call like 5-6 times per day you will know so I blurt it out fluently with love and a smile ;D,it was really intense she then said wow you have lots of wedding pics she went through them and all she was doing was hum hum hum then she said no casual pic I said yes I point to them she said its just a few ,she said all this time in Cdn and only a few casual pic I told her I had a lot but my comp crash and I lost them she then ask me again in a different way I gave her the same answer,then she went through the docs again she said this insurance paper not saying much so I took my insurance card out she looked at it then she said ok for about 10mins of silence she was typing away on her comp my heart started to beat fast,(so guys I must quote every body case is different but yet still similar ok remember from day one I say I claim refugee so my case is red flag with CIC )so her next question was have you ever used any other name than my real name to enter Cdn of course I did so my answer was yes,she ask the name I told her,because I knew she had that information infront of her I figure she was just waiting for me to lie,but I didn't she then said are sure this is not an arrange marriage I said to her no its not.then it was another 10 mins of silence she was typing away,then she packed all my documents I swear she was going to give them back to me then she said ok you have 30days to prove that your marriage is real she only hand me back the pp,i said what do you request her exact words was I don't know you must know I swear to you guys I said ok. I came out shaking I called my husband right away he said am booking my flight I was scared for him to travel because at the time he was going through chemotherapy,so we contact the lawyer he sent them an e-mail immediately and they reply that they just needed a letter to say we were living together while I was in Canada,so I live in a co-op so we got the letter plus also a letter from my pastor stating he knew us as a couple from 2010-2012 and my church is all philippineos,they request I took back all that info at my earliest convenient,i took it back to them then she ask for the pp I gave them to her and was from May 9 2013,i got a reply in June stating that they have receive the additional docs and that they are dealing with the application according to hwo it was receive in the queue and that if they need any mor info they will contact the applicant. So I have been waiting ever since well guys as I said every body situation is different cause am a refugee claimant who got married and someone once mentioned on the forum that we are red flags,but I was not deported they I came back the time they told me to also they never request any ARC I was told only if you have been deported then you will have to do a ARC. am open for any questions ok.
