Have a quick question because I have been reading up on some stuff

I can't find anywhere on the CIC website where it says that your application needs to be handed in before your medical is 3 months old. Is this a true fact or what? I know that the police can't be more than 3 months old when you apply.

Can someone help a sista out here? I might have to wait until the 19th of April to file and my husband meds are 3 months on the 18th :-[

Hey Sammy. The medical just needs to be valid at time you submit your application per the guide. You could also call the 800 number just to be sure.

I just received an email that our sponsorship application was approved and has been forwarded to Kingston! Exactly 30 days from the day it was received!!
I know it will still take awhile but so happy that we are one step closer to my husband coming home!
