Today is my 6th month anniversay of saying "I do" the the most wonderful, amazing, encouraging, funny, hopeful, wishful, beautiful both inside and out man.

He thinks that i am crazy for counting our anniversay in months as he believes it should be counted in years, however we are not promised anything.

I just want to ANNOUNCE today "I love Mr Sweetie Q". Marrying him was one of the best decisions that I ever made.

Hey Ladies.
Just a update regarding my husbands case. I emailed them on Monday documents to show his removal. I emailed them was cbsa provided along with his plane ticket to show the proof that he left the country on time.

today I got a email from them requesting to know what employment he has had since being in Jamaica from September 2011. I forgot to include this on the Schedule A form. they said it's ok to reply to reply through the email which I just emailed them and send he was unemployed.

So fingers crossed, his file is probably on the verge of finishing up today. I hoping and praying as i would love to have my husband home this weekend.

Good morning forum family and congrats to those with news, of course welcome to our newbies. Guys you need to know that the odd squable is normal, everyone going through this is in a state of uncertainty whether you're in CA or JA. How will your spouse like CA, what will they do with out having thier family and friends to talk with or meet everyday. We all went through it and you will also. We were not used to living for an extended period together, I would sit back on a Saturday and watch an old movie, she preferred soaps, little everyday stuff that will play on one another. Don't sweat it and learn to adjust, she gets the remote on weekdays and I get it on the weekends and just tease each other on our lousy taste in whatever. You will soon be with your spouse and this immigration thingy will become a distant memory and you'll come back on this forum just to encourage and enjoy watching people get through, you'll notice a lot of oldies come back on which I can only assume to do the same. Best thing is accept the pace that KG gives you, take each challenge that comes and deal with it. Each day is getting you one day closer, enjoy your time in JA when you can.

A condom factory burns down in the States (the largest one).

President Obama is awoken at 4am by the telephone.

"Sorry to bother you at this hour, Sir, but there is an emergency! I've
just received word that the Durex factory in Washington has burned to the
ground. It is estimated that the entire USA supply of condoms will be gone
by the end of the week."

Obama: "Oh Damn! The economy will never be able to cope with all those
unwanted babies. We'll be ruined. We'll have to ship some in from Mexico."

Telephone voice says, "Bad idea.... The Mexicans will have a field day with
this one. We'll be a laughing stock. What about Canada?"

Obama: "Okay, I'll call Stephen Harper and tell him we need five million
condoms, ten inches long and three inches thick. That way, they'll continue
to respect us as Americans."

Three days later, a delighted President Obama runs out to open the first of
the 10,000 boxes that had just arrived.

He finds five million condoms, 10 inches long and 3 inches thick, just as
requested.....all coloured red and white with small writing on each one:

This is when many people get discouraged and give up. They start believing the negative thoughts, “It's never going to happen. It's taken too long.” Now, that seed is lying there dormant, but it's still alive. It still has potential. You have to do your part and start watering the seed. The way you water it is by thanking God in advance and declaring His Word. You can't wait until you receive the promise. You have to thank God that the answer is on the way!

Today, no matter what you are facing, know that God is greater than all of it. He has the answer and is working for your good behind the scenes. All through the day say, “Father, thank You that whatever I touch prospers and succeeds. Thank You that Your favor surrounds me like a shield.” Thank God in advance, water those seeds of faith, and take hold of every promise He has for you!

A PRAYER FOR TODAY

Father, today I choose to rejoice in You. No matter what my circumstances look like, I know You are greater than my circumstances. I trust that You are working behind the scenes to fulfill every one of Your promises in Jesus' name. Amen.

Chickie if you have all that information be sure that you email it or send it in. when hubby was removed and also the plane ticket that he bought. One thing I would probably have done differently too is have my hubby do over the medical himself. I dont' know, but i feel that extension also put a little bit of time on his papers.

Did they give you an extension on your medicals?
Also I have his plane ticket information but when he got off the plane they didn't give him anything back except his passport? WHat all info did they request from you?
