It's slowly coming back. Try with your F number using your hubbie's info.

Ive been doing that and no luck. I tried using the receipt number nothing is working. I was reading another thread and apparently CIC was doing some huge update which has glitched the system.

Mine only started to work today as I couldn't log in for 1 week. It's coming back slowly so hold tight....
