Great......wonderful news.....how many days did they have it??????

He got called on Monday November 26thto bring in his passport to the Visa office
He brought it in on Thursday November 29th.
He got a phone call for some clarification on Friday, December 7th.
ECAS changed to Decision Made Yesterday, Monday December10th
and he was called to come and pick up his visa on Thursday of this week.

Just alittle under 2 weeks......where is he picking it up.....r u going to get him here by Christmas??????or @ least New years......I'm so happy for u....I really am....what a weight lifted off u.......

He is picking it up at the Canadian High Commission in Kingston.
and YES.....He will be home for Christmas!!!!!!

Congrats to all those who have been getting good news especially to be able to reunite with your loved ones for Christmas. I remember those days!
My journey has just begun so not much to share except that my application which was received by CPC-M on Dec. 3 was acknowledged today by email so I now have a UCI and application number so will keep checking for decision. Will definitely try to keep it positive and hope the process will go quickly and smoothly.

We all are. This is first official visa this season for this thread!!!!! Wow I told hubbie last night and he was super happy to hear about the good news. He was still talking about it this morning!! Good things happen to good people.

Congrats Royal Lolly!! I'm sitting here on pins and needles........no word as yet, and his passport was at the v/o a day before yours :-\ I'm hoping this Thursday they will mail back his passport? ??? ??? ???

Is there visa issuance day on Thursday? Or Tuesday and Thursday? Or can it be any day of the week?

Anyone know who's received visas in the past?
