Yes, there is a Revenue Centre on Howard Cooke Boulevard. I'm sure your husband knows where it is, tell him it is the blue and white building near Pier 1, across from the Knustford Express depot.

Ahhh I did not know that! I just assumed he paid at the stn. He must have got the 21 days one lol. That is indeed where the tax office is.

Update!Update!Update!

Well, it looks like I may finally be able to give a small update..... I'm gonna make the most of it though!

I had contact with my MP's office today and they told me that Kingston says my file is "In Process". They told me also that there are no problems with my file and no red flags. She verified that there were no "anonymous phone calls" and that if there were any problems they would have to disclose that to the MP. I'm satisfied now. Thank you to all who bared through my meltdowns. I might have another but at least not soon lol.

Haha, you're welcome, Jamgirl! And you're not an outcast for not receiving updates, unless you count me as one back during the 9 months KG said nothing about my file, LOL. Come to think of it, they still haven't put "Decision Made" on mine, haha!

LWU, that understanding is not correct. The only difference between the two procedures is the form he will fill out at the station. He must indicate clearly that the record check is for OVERSEAS purposes, and the officers will give him the correct form (the form for overseas purposes has a space for the name and address of the embassy, and the police record will be addressed to the embassy based on that information).
