Witty, Neika is right. Sometimes, no news IS good news, especially in a case like yours where you've had an interview where you did not receive a verbal positive. If the IO needs to perhaps weigh their decision carefully, or consult higher up the chain, it is a sign that they are on the fence and could be tipped in the direction you want, which is to be approved. The faster a decision is made after an interview, the more likely the chance that the decision will be negative. Think of it as being on trial for your life (or, in this case, for the rest of your life)...do you want the jury rushing to judgement, or do you want them to take their time and think carefully about the facts of the case?
