Bad news is that the waiting time changed to 41 days today, but it changes everyday so im not really watching that to much. 8)

I posted this on the other forum i need you feedback please.

So guys heres what i did, i was talking to a friend of mine today while walking the threadmill and was kind of explaining the whole medical expire situation to her, she suggested that i visit the embassy. So i left the gym after some convincing and went there, all this time thinking that this will be a waste of my prcious time since i am diving by myself and have nowhere to park outside he embassy. Anyways i went, pulled over to the side of the road where some taximen were, locked the car and walked to the gate. I went to the security and told him i need to get some information on my application, he asked if someone was sponsoring me and i said yes, he then told me to write a letter and take it with me tomorrow between 1-1:30pm.

Question to you guys, do you think this makes any sense would they give me any form of info and do you think i could do great damage to my application by going there to get info?

Please let me know what you all think so i can determine whether i go or not.

Jahlove - good on you for the exercise! I got in a walk from home myself while we had a little sunshine. It's started pouring out again, of course, and I am doing laundry. :P

In regard to the case specific enquiry, I do not know that they will give you any information right there on the spot, they will probably take your letter and tell you they will be in touch, same as they normally do when they receive an email, until the finally respond to it. I don't think there's anything to lose by making the inquiry, either.

Thanks charlie, my hubby sent them an email this morning as well maybe I should wait on that result yeah

jahlaove, usually if you want info you have to fax or email and have specific's listed your name case file # or something. if the process is falling in the timelines they say it should you won't hear anything back from them if it's longer than the time mentioned they will get back to you in 30 days. at this point to me it's a waste of your time.

hubby goes to deliver police check tomorrow whooo hoooo movin on up!

Jahlove - yes, if your hubby did an email case enquiry, then it's best to wait on a reply on that.

Hi everyone,

Still waiting here in Cayman... I was approved as a sponsor on 18th May and still no confirmation from KGN that the file transfer has been completed - is this a normal time scale?

Hope everyone is well - we have a public holiday on Monday here, yay for extra help with twin monkeys... boys are running me ragged these days!!

M

Thanks again Charlie and kuma

UH OH....

Just checked online and it says they received the application for my hubby on 2nd June. I've just noticed though, they've spelled his name wrong on the online services. do you think this is a big deal? Should I contact them to let them know???
