HF, when the IO opens your file they start taking notes about the file and store them in Caips. The notes may not say much at the beginning of thier review. You can apply for them for a small fee, $5 I think and they may be free to Canadians. Many people apply for them if an interview is req'd so you know of any issues the IO may have on your file. It usually takes about 30 days to get them
