Toronto girl...congrats on your PPR i am very happy for you ...a very long road for sure..

That is quite intreresting that they asked for medical redo and took 7 months to come to a decision...weird....It also falls into a comment made by one of the ladies on here ....SASSY...she was told by the MP it can take 6 months for them to finalize after med requesr and fees...when dealing with ARC ...i just hope that simialr ladies will not face this wat so ever..

May i ask Toronto Girl what took them so long after they requested the meds???

Anyways ladies i am off work today starting to feel sick again...its all in my chest cough cough cough...lol dont ccatch it everyone

Well it is drawing out on another week..cant believe

Last night i said a extra long prayer and talked to the lord for some time....It made me feel better...I also told him not to forget about all of yous ...as always

Congrats Baby/T-DOT Girl.... That feeling of getting the PP call is amazing and I can't wait for my girls/boys on here to have that same feeling....

Winter sucks..... I am getting sick and tired of being cold, sick and tired. Hubby is a soldier though....mind you he does not go out in this cold much.......

LCW...... Everyday before I come on here I pray to see a late update....and I pray that it's for you, and Sassy, and long Distance... We need to bring our 2008 applications to a close and make room for the rest of the families from 2009 and now 2010. If you think about it this way it may help...... Winter sucks and I wish hubby could have at least seen a tree with leaves, some green grass or even a single flower.

All he knows of Canada is Grey........ Grey clouds, grey cement, cold grey earth....
He asked me if the sun Hybernates as well, cause he hasn't seen or felt the warmth in a long time...... I can't wait for spring...... 3 months to go...... I pray that you all get calls, and I hope by the time the snow melts, all of you have you loved ones in your arms.....

LCW...... you are the mother in here and nuff of us would not have been able to get through this without you.... I am willing to let you have my hubby for a few weeks if you want...... He can cook and clean and is a great cuddler.... LOL... SO I had a dream about you the other night.... can't remember too much, but i remember we were at a club and you had like 4 girl friends with you, dancing and having fun! Maybe it's a sign that you will soon be happy, happy, happy like in my dream !!

So i got a response from KG yesterday, and surprise surprise it said basically nothing, lord it is frustrating, if they are going to take the time to respond they should take the time to indiviualize it and make it case specific.

"thank you for keeping your correspondance to a minimum"??? are you kidding me - I can't believet that they use that language. Seriously. We are tax-paying citizens and this is a Government service. And it's not like they aren't charging ontop of all that for the application.
Honestly, it just frustrates me to no end. Here we all are missing our families and they can't even come up with a better "form letter/standard response" than that? And, why do we wait for weeks and months for a response that says nothing? Maybe they should just fire back an immediate response that menas nothing instead of waiting. Unreal.

I'm frustrated for you girl! And for all of us.

Ok - I have a feeling that next week is going to be a great week. And the week after is going to be even better!!!!

I too and waiting for an ARC. Although my MP told me that I should expect another 6 month wait I was hoping for closure sooner than that.

I am really happy for you and the fact that your journey is coming to an end. And thank you for giving those of us that require an ARC a timeline to go by.....

I have to admit though that after reading your timeline I was really depressed! However, we have been waiting for 3 1/2 years already so another 6 months is nothing

Please keep us posted on when your hubby picks up the passport and how is entry to Cananda is.

I have a little UPDATE

Mp called me Apparently they are still waiting for the clearances to go through .....The police check that we had to redo is apart of that....I was told they do there own.. and they are doing there final steps on them

I asked about the meds they to were down a valid till December 2010.....Not to sure if they have been viewed or not they couldnt give me a answer to that

As for the BF date well here it is Febuary 14th..... How approriate....


Anyways there contacts here in Canada said it could be another 1 or 2 months...i just laughed wat could i do

Anyways she said they told her it almost complete and we are in the home stretch....I told her 13 months with the possibilities of 2 more that is home stretch

Anyways i am tired ill check back in later gunna do some homework with my girl
