Hey Everyone I just want to inform you guys that today was my day for an interview but to our pleasant surprise there was none (My wife was present). After arriving at the embassy, submitting my passport as well as updated police certificate and being seated for an half hour or so, I was called back to the counter and handed back my passport, with the new immigrant visa and immigrant forms and told we were free to leave. To God be the glory!!!!! the process is now complete. ;D

Thanks everyone we appreciate it. No issues? Absolutely!! After all the process is only possible because of her. Its just that if an interview had taken place she wouldn't have been allowed to come in the interview booth with me.

My husband just got a call for his interview dec 6th...we are june 2016 applicants...they are moving fast!!!! She didnt require additional information only wanted his passport so hopefully the interview will go smooth! Fingers crossed

they seem to be speeding up the process hope you hear something soon! I was not expecting it to be this quick i thought we had another 6 months or so to wait to hear something....

I really wanted to be there for my husband's interview as well. But the date is so close to Christmas (Dec 20th) that I don't think I will be able to make it.

They asked me for additional things plus I need to pay landing fee so I'm guessing that's why they put it out for so long to allow enough time to get everything in order
