There was a lady on one of the Facebook groups that got through within 3 months sponsoring a dependent through KVO. So it is not unheard of.samll1 said:I hava a question. My husband applied for his daughter in September. His daughter is already in the system. I checked ecas today and it said that the sent me a correspondence on October 31with an decision on my application. Im thinking that its too soon. Does the ecas say say that message when your application is sent to Kingston?
The time given to leave depends on your police certificate expiration date i believe.natty88 said:Good morning everyone. I have a question how long after they get the visa do they have before they have to leave Jamaica?

It is possible that he was approved as a sponsor and not necessarily a decision from Kingston. sign back in to ecas and see if it shows decision made under the sponsor's name.samll1 said:I hava a question. Like I said when i replied to your original post it is not unheard of for dependents being sponsored to get processed much faster. I would take it as DM but if you are questioning it just give them a call and they will let you know forsure.samll1 said:No one can help me out.
When cic are working on applications for children that was already declared and have Medicaid done etc etc they get approved a lot more quicker and differently that regular applicants. If you're not satisfied with the answers you're getting here simply send a case enquiry to KVO or contact the call centre and see if they can assistsamll1 said:Thanks. But did anyone get a decision on ecas when their aplication was sent to kingston
