it seems most apps were getting through at the 10-12 month mark before now its 12-14 and inland apps are also getting through faster than outland just today i saw someone who's in another group on fb who apply last sept got their pr so whenever those so call changes take effect wont even benefit the older apps maybe the newer ones i could be paitent if things were fair but they're not

Yeah that's really unfair and inland get to be with their spouses. They aren't in a big rush or need for residency.

on page two it asks: details of family members and persons included in undertaking or not yet in effect. I have never sponsored anyone before, do I leave this N/A or do I put my husband down. Overthinking.

I thought CPC - Miss only looks at the sponsor application but according to this, it review his eligibility as well. I was going to submit the med and police check after but maybe I shouldnt!!!!

The Case Processing Centre in Mississauga, Ontario (CPC-M) will review your sponsorship application.

Your application will be returned to you if:

it is incomplete,
the sponsorship and processing fees are missing, or
If we begin to process your application, we will:

send you an acknowledgment of receipt letter with an application number,
assess your eligibility as a sponsor, and
assess if the person you are sponsoring meets the permanent residence requirements.
View current processing times to find out how long it will take us to process your application.

If you are approved as a sponsor

We will assess if the person you want to sponsor meets the permanent residence requirements. If their permanent residence application is refused, we will let you know why the application was refused and how to appeal the decision.

They check our eligibility, but they check hubby's in terms of medical, criminality

If you scroll through the entire article it adresses all categories including spousal sponsorship which eventually leads to permanent residence.

Congrats! Good to see some ongoing movement from kVO even tho it seems like they are calling so many for interviews.

You will be able to add Your details directly on the site once you have posted 10 times, there is a spreadsheet maintained by some members with the link in their signatures, if you post your details as a message they will add them into the sheet.

Full speed ahead kVO, let's just get whatever you need to get done, fast.
