Did you email them to see if they extended them or did they request for them to be redone?

I emailed kingston, it wasnt extended. They said they are waiting for medical issuance and i ordered notes and in the notes it said medical- started- passed-expired

that sucks hun...they have been good about extending them the past year or so for people. Have you already redone them?

No. They havent sent out anything as yet.. so we still waiting... im heading to jamaica soon so ill let hubby redo pc

Nothing is mooving for us so far, nothing in the notes and no answer from Kingston to my email. My husband and I are going nuts so I booked today for a small trip of one week in about two weeks from now (May 4th!!!). I'll go back next month for our second wedding anniversary. ;D ;D

Hopefully it will blow away our depressing thoughts and gives us a little strenght to look forward the end of this lonnnnnggggg journey.

Hey all!! Still no word as of yet. Husband had the interview March 17th. Sent his passport one week later but still have not received his passport back as of yet. The waiting is killing us! So close yet so far. Hopefully kingston office gets moving and sends some passports back. Huzzy has a feeling they will send a bunch at a time. Come on Kingston!!

Hello good afternoon JamFam, does anyone know how they process exactly when they receive your file in KGN? I see some people who got the PPR after 9 months, some after 12 months and some people like cafelatté more than a year of waiting and they never start to review her file? I, However, can see some people who sent their applications after her and their husbands landed already....somebody has an idea why? Is there a different delay depending on the province you apply from? Because I actually confused !! I'm so happy for people who got the PPR quickly but so anxious for those whos waiting for more than a year !Thanks to advise and have a wonderful day!

Lol by right they are supposed to process by order of receipt....
Well well here comes kingston that doesnt process files like that. And i dont think its because of which ever province your from.. kungston is just weird.... some people get through all 6 months when some get through 22 months... just dont focus on how applications are filed.
And again, everybody case is different... and to be honest no one knows how they process their applications

I thought so!!! My cousin did it in 7 months and a friend in 5 months but all of them did it in 2011 or 2012...now looks like we wont see that kind of delay again! Thanks hun !

Yea.. just dont dwell too much on the processing...you can just start and bam... u get through and a person whos here for longer dont hear anything
