That's an interesting theory cad. Just so u know. I am a lawyer and I am confident that my application was also prepared in a very complete and organized manner. There are no children involved in our immigration application. No criminal record and I visit every 6 weeks. For a grand total of 21 times in the past few years. My husband has never left the island or been married before. In other words no complexities at all. What may be "true" of the processing of your application. Is very often not true of others. Your "advice" on what works simply doesn't apply across the board and that is shown time and again in the stories and experiences of those who have applied and endured this process. I wish you and your spouse much happiness on this next step of your lives together.

I am in the same boat as you Mrs. Brown. My husband has never left the island, is 50 years old, never married, no children, no criminal record, and has never attempted to leave Jamaica, until he applied for a Visitors Visa after we were married. I am 44 and have a great job for the past 10 years in the transportation field. In addition to that, I travel to Jamaica every 2 months, for a total of 15 visits in 3 years. I have also taken my children with me, and several friends and family members. In addition, I am the founder of a charity that pays for Jamaican students to go to high school and college. We also take groups of volunteers to Jamaica to help construct buildings and increase sustainable income opportunities. I think it is hit or miss, whether you get through. it is just a waiting game. And so I wait!

Josephine I could not agree with u more. The truth is noone knows how kingston reaches their decisions the process is a mess n definatly needs to be looked at and reworked. The onlt thing we can go by is each forum members TRUTHFUL testimony and try n compare notes to make sense out of nonsense

I offer my experience, how I put myself through this process and i myself find criticism and judgement without you even knowing anything about me. You don't have to consider anything I say. 4. What makes your "personal issues" different from others on here for your application to get through sooner?

I just couldn't keep quiet on this one. You really upset me with some off your comments. You don't know how long other have worked on their applications but I will tell you I worked on mine just as long as you.

I'm done on here for a while. I need a break from all the drama. I have enough to deal with. I will check for a few peoples landing stories but that's about it. 2 years of being on here and things will never change.

1. Go back and read what you said in both of your posts. It came off as being rude to not just me but others as well.
2. Infact in some of your old posts you did mention things about your ex wife. How else would I know she cheated on you 2 times??? I am divorced too so again...how does that you a , as you said, a bad person? I never said you were a bad person I just said RUDE. I had no issues with anything you said until tonight.
3. I guess maybe if I worked on my application a month longer than you I might have ppr already. Because you did say that working long on your application make it go faster
4. You did mention that whatever personal stuff you had going on helped you. I don't care to know what it is ( I could care less) but I also have "personal issues" and so do many others on here. Everyone on here knows me and I don't say much, if anything at all, when stuff is going down on here. Tonight I wasn't sitting back and being quiet. I am happy for anyone that gets PPR however I WILL not have it rubbed in my face that because my application wasn't done right, worked on for months and months, thick enough or that I'm not a 70 year old man on my second sponsorship to a 20 year old, that I'm still sitting here waiting for my spouse. I have a baby who misses her father and everyday I just sit here and think...it's one day closer to my husband coming home
