O&O 14 months from start to finish is a decent time and the way it should be for everyone!!

I agree I'm blessed to get through in 14 months but we would all love if we could get through within 12 months

Carm I guess it's hard to answer depends on the officer I presume. Child of God got through on a Friday and his bring forward date was a Monday.

For us we got DM after the 60 days. I think once you go to the embassy to drop off a passport or police clearance and it's clean they should right on the spot stamp your passport and having all files that are complete close by in order so that everything could be returned. This will help with backlogs like seems pretty simple to print off the visa and COPR paper.

Thanks for thinking of me THOR!! I did check ecas, but we are still in process!! Wifey's hubby and my hubby did get ppr on the same day, but wifeys husband didn't have a time limit(like bring your passport in to the embassy within 60 days) like mine did. So it is possible that they will wait the 60 days to look at hubbys just like they did for O&O's hubby. Anyways, I will keep checking and keep hoping that they don't wait the 60 days cause as soon as hubby gets his visa, they will be coming home asap!

I wish we knew the answer to that!! I hope they look at them before, but I am sure it depends on the who is dealing with your file and who knows what else!!
