About car accidents -
A friend and I got into a car accident while we were in kingston. We were in a taxi coming home from BEMBE and the taxi got hit.. I don't remember anything about the car accident or the whole day before it, but I remember waking up in Kingston Public Hospital getting an x ray and being so freaked out. I was lucky because I just had a mashed up face and leg, but nothing brokes or serious, but my friend cracked her hip and had a brain injury which she is still dealing with to this day. One thing I never want to do again is go to a Jamaican hospital!!!

SO...I drive in Canada...and I would not, WOULD NOT drive in Ja!

I've seen far too many accidents on the side of the street - overtaking etc. TRUCKS - huge trucks - overtaking on the small hills of St. Ann which have no railings....NAAAAA SAHHHHH!!

When taking taxi - we only take a few trusted ones (which don't drive like maniacs)...and if we HAVE to take someone who happens to drive hard...my eyes are closed and im holding on to the roof for dear life...I'm so scared of it!

I'm good with my husband's driving lol but I don't trust anyone around - thankfully no accidents in Ja

Me and hubby did.. 2 of his friends die, he was in a coma and I was the only one came out with only a scratch and arm was just swollen, ligament was damaged.

OMG what a tragedy your so lucky along with your friend to be alive God was with you both. I'm sorry to hear this story wow my heart goes out to your friend. Luckily you didn't get the worse of it.
