I have info for the Kingston people...my husband went to Digicel to see if he could get his phone records over the past ten years. They asked him what he needed them for, and he said Immigration. They told him if Immigration wanted them they would have to ask for them..He went to a different location (Digicel) and just asked straight out how much it would cost to get those records and they told him 7000.00 JMD..so we plan on getting 10 years of 4 phone calls a day..I wonder if they have enough paper...LOL Its the only way we can prove we kept in contact all these years since I never had a cell phone and the hubby never had a computer..so for everyone that thinks you cant get those records guess again..all you need is $$$$$$..go figure eh!!!! (besides the trips to see him)

It was so nice to see all the beautiful family pics thank you for sharing To everyone with good news from kgn congratulations!!!! ;D to all the newbies welcome and to all the 2012 kgn is on the move I checked my ecas twice yesterday morning and nothing and then just cause I checked it again last night before bed and it has finally changed from received to in process when clicking on the in process que it says we began processing on November 12 I'm so grateful for that ;D so I have my fingers crossed we will hear from kgn again soon!!!

I know right!! 10 -11 years of phone records good thing the hubby is strong!!!..Its going to cost a fortune to send to Canada..oh well all worth it!!!

Thanks for the encouragement saskia; I really pray we do. Especially since I got back my notes today and nothing has started after 10 long months with due dates for march 2014.

Those notes can be a blessing and a curse. The excitement of sending away for them, the nervousness of opening them, and the emptiness when you read them and there is nothing of value in them. Even though the date is disheartening, try looking on the bright side: you now know that something will be happening in March 2014 which (in my books) is a good thing. I think it is better to know something instead of being left in the dark... :-*

one and only I have a question how did you find out that your interview was waved? that's excited. I need to order new notes because my last ones there was no change or no updates to them since Sept

Yea I was a nervous wreck reading it; heart beating fast and everything...lol

It's a discouraging encouragement, is it not. I'm already 99% sure that my request for notes is somewhat futile, but like I've stated in the past, I'm more concerned about the fact that they even have it in queue. And curious if it have even left registry (which I'm pretty sure it has NOT) :

The good news is, I can whine and cry like it's news that my application isn't moving when my notes come in! lol
