Good morning forum family! This night hawk is at it again, being the first to post on here today. I am trying to catch up on my reading on here. Congratulations to CdnandTrini!! some very good news, although we don't know each other, I can feel your happiness!

To the others, thanks for the anniversary wishes, I miss Maddants but the daily chats fill in the gaps and doesn't make things feel so lonely.

I have had enough of being apart, and hearing of no news. I am flying out to Jamaica in 2 1/2 weeks to spend time with Hubby. I will be staying for 3 weeks. my long deserved vacation is planned!!!

Chickie, I didn't make it to Six Nations this time. I was going to go but I didn't have arrangements for someone to take my son to his hockey game. That is why I didn't try to contact you. No one was available for that day. But I got arrangements when I go to be with Hubby, am glad for that and it will be one less worry for my family here.

Frustrating as life can be sometimes, hope and faith keep us motivated. Well wishes to everyone!

I'm happy to read you are going to see Maddants. We can't wait and plan our trips around when we think our immigration journey may end. If you have the time and money, then I say go! And if you don't -- call in sick and max the credit card!!!! (Kidding!) Life is too short for us to give all of the power/control to CIC!

hey there sis good morning.......i just want to say safe to to jamaica.....and please just ful joy hubby company while you are there....i hope that your hubby , child of god and me get our passport request very soon. it sure would be very nice for the 3 of us been on the same flight to canada......lol.....God im just asking if you can please grant our wishes so that we can be a family together... we all need our spouse and the canada immigration is trying to keep us apart from happiness... we all sure need you in this time and hour to help us triumph over the evil forces that is trying to hold us back.......in your Beloved Son Name Jesus Christ.....Amen

I am so craving some breadfruit, yam and some saltfish and callalou, cane...Mmmmm Can you tell I'm missing Jamaica??? I have never tried to bring anything back...how hard is it to bring back fruit and fish?..I brought back some of that canned process cheese for the kids but thats it...aslong as you declare it, is it usually pretty easy????

I have never tried to bring anything back..I'm like a puppy with her tail between her legs when it comes down to the officers at the airport..I havent even brought back Wray and Nephews :-X and I think I might be the only one who hasn't :-[...I just want some spratt..thats my fave fish..my husband laughs at me when I can have any fish and I pick spratt..I'm too chicken S%^T when it comes to that kinda thing..I want my hubby to bring some mango's if they are in season at that time...we dont have any grocery stores that sell that kinda thing unless we go to T-Dot and thats an 1.5-2 hour drive...hhmmmm
