Hi Everyone;

Haven't been on here for the past week, not even to lurk; took this morning to do that. Have been going through alot. Went to JA in April for a funeral of a good friend died of heart disease; now heard another friend passed this week of a heart attack in her sleep.

We have to thank God for sm(All) mercies and never forget to tell our loved ones we love them or go to bed angry.


I pray we all hear some good news by fall; and even if we don't hear let us trust God for what we asked for and as well for the faith and patience to wait.


I am also up to take take over the form when the time comes.

Thanks Chickie; yup I definitely will update and actually looking forward to it; especially since I have a made a promise of not checking my ecas status until September. So it will be someting to do.

You can log onto the CIC website to check your status or you can sign up for the ecas tracker here: https://ecas.carroll.org.uk/

A lot of people sign up for the ecas tracker but I just check myself through the CIC website because I feel it's more secure.

I doubt either is worth your time because mine hasn't been updated since June 2012. : But it does give me something else to obsess over during the wait!

Adam, yesterday you said you were common law and then posted information about the provincial nominee program so it's a little confusing. When did you apply? You won't get your visa until they request your passport. If they haven't requested your passport then you do not have your visa.

It wasn't clear if two people are confused. When did you mention in this thread that your wife sponsored you? Is Kingston your visa office?
