it look like soon or later it going to 2 years they going to move it up to...

Add in Stage 1 processing times and it's almost 2 years in total! When we applied we were waiting up to 90 days for first stage approval...

9 days and counting! ;D can't wait to see Maddants! I look forward to start packing this weekend. Congrats to everyone who's wait is at an end and to those who have heard some progress. I am just dropping in to say hi to everyone. I have to work 3 evenings this week, and had to work a few evenings last week. Not only that, my brother was in ICU in the hospital and we were so worried about him as he was on life support for a few days. But he is making an improvement and he has been moved to progressive ward. I don't know when he will be released from the hospital but I am still going to make my trip as he is getting better. He has a lot of family support while I am gone. I am glad he is doing better so I don't have to worry about him while I am in Jamaica. There is lots to catch up on this forum as you all know I am not on here much. But it is good to hear that some are making progress! That is an inspiration to the ones who are still waiting to hear some news. I know that our time will come soon and just waiting patiently for that day. my visit to Maddants is something I can look forward to as it has been almost 6 months since I last been there. But prayers are sent to everyone still waiting! Frustration has turned back into hope. Keep your spirits up and try to find something to do to pass the time away. Maybe that is why I work so much LOL! But take care everyone! Flying away to "you know where next week!"

I am so sorry to hear that your brother was on life support, that's horrible. This is a perfect example of why Maddants should be with you in Canada.

Thank you! I wish Maddants could have been here especially when something like this happens. I went a few sleepless night in worry about the whole situation but things are looking good for him again. Once the critical part was over, I did nothing but sleep when i could as i felt exhausted in the days afterwards. But I am rested now, and I have just one thing on my mind right now and can't wait to take off from here!

Congrats to all those who have had passports back or news of same. Also wishing the Maddants every success with their interview and final-stage immigration process. Chickie do have a fab vacation in Ja. No doubt you will. Forget the process and "let down your hair! As for the others who are waiting like myself, continue to have faith and trust that God will answer our prayers very soon so we can put this stressful process behind us and move on with our lives. Need some help quick

Wen submitting passport size pictures to Kingston are they the regular size passport pictures or should they be the specific size on cic website. I call cic and they answer confusing.
