Good afternoon, all!
KG, where is the noise you need to be making?!
NNNNNEEEEXXXXTTTTT!!!! Cho!
Anada, congrats on the decision to go smoke-free. One craving at a time is the only way to handle it, and eventually they come less and less. My brother-in-law, a tadpole of 25, already had a decade of smoking behind him and finally decided to quit this year. Like you, he made the decision because of the children around him (my niece spends a lot of time with him), and he felt the better for it. Sometimes when we decide to check bad habits, our own self-preservation is not enough motivation, but choosing to do it for yourself and your kids can really help keep you on track. Good luck!
Tintin79, as there are additional complexities to your husband's case, you may want to hold off on renewing his PCC and meds until KG requests them. Just my tuppence.
