Hi, it means Kingston has received your application and they will process it in due time. They don't give much details during this time, so it's mostly a process of waiting until you get further news. Hopefully a request to submit your passport is in the offing! Timing is entirely a guessing game, especially when it comes to KG. We all just have to wait on them.
