Oh k thanks he already reach town for tomorrowhe can park at mega mart shopping center ( its a 5 minutes walk from the embassy) or he can park at terra nova. I normally park at mega mart but found out recently that parking at terra nova is more convenient and the walk is better. If he is parking at terra nova, he can speak to the security guard at the gate when he enters and asked him if he can park there. Im not sure but maybe because im a woman they allow me to so maybe its best he doesn't ask and park and quietly leave the compound to go the embassy (its just across the road)

Welcome to Kingston thread! We are definitely here to help during the spousal immigration process! I saw your name on the timeline feel free to update as updates come in. Such a refuge this Forum has become when communication from cic is at a standstill.Hello all,

From what i have seen from other people timeline on other thread, Being pregnant does not speed up the process. I think because some applicants not all have used pregnancy to beef up their application when the relationship was not genuine. You can certainly try for a Tourist visa but if he doesn't have strong ties in Jamaica They will unfortunately deny the TRV app. They will feel that he has more reason to stay in Canada especially if you have submitted a permanent resident application. I hope that helps!Does being pregnant speed up the process or if we apply for a travel visa just for him to be here for the baby is there a chance of him being approved as he was denied once before we were married

Unfortunately, from all the stories I have read it does not speed up the process. You can try the visitor visa however if his situation does not change as it relates to why he was denied before it is highly unlikely that he will get the visa. If his situation changes then sure he has a chance. It doesn't hurt to try though and you will never know unless you tryDoes being pregnant speed up the process or if we apply for a travel visa just for him to be here for the baby is there a chance of him being approved as he was denied once before we were married
