Hello, we have received an email that our application for Permanent Residency has been approved. We have already for the right of permanent residency ($500 from Canada). There is mention of another fee that is $50 that we have to pay. I think its a processing fee. I am struggling to find where I pay this. We have to send in this receipt with the passport. Anyone that can help??? Thanks in advance!

Good day everyone quick question what is the quickest turn around time that someone receive their passport back from embassy?

After emailing them numerous times they respond since morning saying they sent biometrics letter on online tool 2020/03/12 and didn’t receive it. They sent a new letter to get it done within 30 days smh , however I’ve done biometrics in the past for work permit and is within 10 years I thought they would use that . I didn’t receive such letter from them. They could hav sent the biometrics letter with pre-arrivals letter smh wasted almost 4 months when I could have gotten it done within that time frame. So frustrated.

I just had my MP contact ircc they said they sent letter for PPR since September 20. the agent said they will investigate because recently they have received a lot of messages stating letters are not being received

That is messed up but I'm glad you got some news...remember I was in a similar situation only I did not receive my passport request letter

Yes hun I remember, booked Monday for biometrics hoping everything goes smoothly after.

I’ll be staying with a friend who lives in Kingston, so we can drive pretty much anywhere. I visited once before and we drove to Ochi to swim in one of the rivers and that was great. I’ve never seen the truly touristy parts of Jamaica, is there anywhere I should definitely visit?? I know Tutuapp 9Apps Showbox there are a ton of waterfalls which would be fun and I looooove beaches.

after my MP contacted ircc they informed her that PPr was sent sept 20. I just now received the correspondent letter in GcKey with the letter dated Sept 20.

on he bright side PP that was sent to VAC October 4th is on its way back. Yeah this process is nearly complete.
