Just to update everyone on our situation. We applied in April 2019 and have completed all steps including interview in March 2020. Got decision made online and received email about pre-arrival services. Now nothing since mid March. I finally sent all of our information to local MP on Aug 12 and followed up with them yesterday. They also have not heard anything back from IRCC yet and told me to give it until Sept 11 for them to reply to the MP’s request for an update on the status...just like everyone else there goes another month. Everything is expired. Police certificate was done Mar 2019 and medicals July 2019...all we needed from March 2020 was the passport request and Visa...it’s been 16 months and I don’t see hubby for more then 10 months now
Hey guys. After sending a lot of emails asking about my application i finally got a response and not that generic email. They requested more money transfers, photos and etc. I also included that I was recently hospitalized and can’t work so my husband is needed extremely bad. Hopefully they will give us a Dm. Cuz my application is nearing the end.
Have anyone ever tried sending them more proof without them requesting? I really don't know what next to do. I'm too afraid by nature to not even email them. I am praying and hoping for an answer very soon. It's over the twelve months mark. I won't begin to mention all the health issues we have been through without each other and the negative impact it has on my health.

Just keep emailing. We all know that covid impacted all our cases. So just wait until they request something from you. Imm a just fly down until we get approved cuz I’m annoyed at this point.
I won't send them an email I would be too nervous to do so. This waiting put all sort of questions in your mind. We should have done this or that. Email I think will just upset them. All we has individual would like is just a few communication here and there from them. And with this virus which seems to start up again nobody knows what tomorrow holds. It seems it's a never ending process
