So I get a number to call but you have to be in canada to call it any how I have a Canadian number so I called it and they read the last updated status they have for you so mind said they are doing my background check and my eligibility as not yet started. They said they will be needing additional document and they will contact me when they are ready, it say I dont need biometric n I dont need an interview if it changes they will contact me

18882422100 u have to be in Canada to call that number however u can let your spouse in Canada do it are if you have a Canadian number you can do it yourself wherever your

No they are not closed. They are only closed to the public. I send them an email today and they responded in about an hour

That's what I'm saying I was sent a website with all the canadian visa offices closed in other countries and kingston was one of them that are open
