Good Morning everyone, Im new here. Ive been reading all these post from 4 days ago, very helpful . I have a question , how long does it take to get back your passport after kingston request it? They request mine from June and i havent heard anything as yet. By the way im under dependent sponsorship.

I sent my stepdaughters passport June 12th when they requested it. We booked her ticket for the 29th of June so I emailed them and explained that the ticket was already booked and asked if I needed to cancel. They emailed me back saying the photos that we submitted were the wrong size so they asked us to take new pictures and drop them off on the 27th and then pick up the passport on the same day.

Maybe try emailing them if you don’t get the passport this week.

Is there any parking and the cost, or is it better to take taxi/bus there.

Also, are there any reasonably priced accommodations near there?

There's NO PARKING. We ended up parking across the street from the entrance off the road but we could have been towed. We were late getting there with 10 minutes to spare thats why we had to take the risk and park on the street.

there are residential side streets very close that you can park and walk ... all else fails .. take a cab ...

I called it yesterday they are processing aug 20 2017 right now but it says all the same stuff as my online for the status of our application what was different for yours?

Now it just says you do not need an interview
And online it has information about my husband biometrics. We applied for visitor visa last year so we did it then. But is Jamaica one of the country’s that require fingerprints to now for pr?
