kindly suggest college or univversity and course

KINDLY SUGGEST

I am from India
I have done BBA and planning to do my masters in canada.
As to get into a university for MBA one should have a relative work experience which I don't have
So I am planning for Two-year Diploma or post graduate One-year Diploma in management , Human resource or International marketing

Kindly give info regarding the course length (which is better)

and good colleges for the above subjects
I am considering colleges like George Brown....... Is it good for business subjects

and I also want to know that is it worth doing and placement opportunities after the course

Desperately hoping for sincere suggestions
