Kindly Help! Visa Rejeceted bcoz of other Reason

My Visa Got rejected because of OTHER REASON:

Not satisfied that your proposed course of study make sense. I am not satisfied that you are a genuine student who would depart Canada at the end of the period authorized for your stay.

I am from IT field and did B.s.c(IT) and working in IT (as Database Analyst). The course which i took is Computer Application Development Co op (IT Program).

I don't know why my visa got rejected and how should proof that i am really not going to stay in canada? which offcourse i am not going to stay as my family is here.

I applied under general category and applied in Delhi VFS
It was a graduate certificate program.

Can You help me how to proof "home ties"

For home ties you can submit a property valuation certificate from CA firm. Family business and assets always helps along with a strong Study Plan mentioning why you will come back to your home country.
