Dear Seniors:

My file was rejected and returned in last 2011. I was given refusal letter by CIC with my UCI no.

Now I am appliying a new application for FSW should I use the same UCI no. in my new application or should I leave it blank.

My consultant is saying that you should leave that field blank so that CIC could use another UCI no. because it is a fresh application.

Please help

I am not sure, but they are going to find out eventually that you are re-applicant.

That is what I am thinking. The question is does CIC generate a new UCI for new application or it remain same. In this case my application was rejected so should I use it or not ?

UCI is only given to people who have applied in the past and that's what they are asking. As you know already that this is N/A for new applications.
So, this section is specifically for you to fill in. I've no idea whether CIC will call it as an incomplete application after they find out that you are a re-applicant.

Please write the UCI number , this will help you as they have all information in their database all the best
