Kind of exam for medical request

Can somebody tell us which analysis is done during the medical examination please ?

Urine test--
Blood test- for Major STDs- hepatitis, HIV, spyllis etc
Eye exam + general test blood pressure etc with the nurse
General Test with Doctor for any obvious signs of illnesses and medical history questionnaire
Chest x-ray

What about vaccinations? Do they require specific vaccinations to have been given in the past or to be done in the meantime/or at the time of the medical check-up?
