Kidsno fathers name on birth certificate

I need some help... I passed my citizenship application but they sent it back..what to do?? pretty please TiA

The IRCC requires a long birth certificate that has both parents names on it, date of birth and place of birth. You need to obtain a birth certificate that has these requirements. If you cannot, write them a letter stating your inability to produce such a document, but that may lead to more inquiries and/or refusal. Good luck.
