Kids Education after migrating to Toronto from India

Hi , I'm planning to migrate to Toronto from India, however i have little hesitation in my mind on my Kids education for primary school ,Can some share experiences on this ?

For tuition, you don't pay directly to public schools (are paid by taxes). Textbooks are provided.
