Kids citizenship application status different from parents

Hi everyone..we are a family of 4..2 adults and 2 minor kids. Our kids are small and don't need to give any tests. However, our applications show DM on eras but the kids application show in progress. On the new system, everything shows completed for us except oath whereas the kids application - Background, Language, Prohibitions, Background everything shows in progress and not completed. Can someone please clarify if they have had any experience with this. Thanks
