As I mentioned before you also have to look at international insurance coverage of prescription drugs. You are only allowed to bring a 90 day supply with you and can't mail Rx drugs from your home country. Lints tend to be quite low like $2000/year.

Hii thanx for the replies, i confirmed from my agent , he said he didnt show my kidney transplant to the uni , can anyone plz tell me as , we didnt show the operation, will uni provide all the medical facilites as i also got the offer letter from CBU uni... did they ask something in coming future that , why i didnt show the transplant before applying..
You really should be contacting these people and reading through the policies. Sydney is a pretty small place and there is a huge shortage of doctors. You should be contacting the school and asking about doctors on campus. /I don't even know if they have the specialist doctors you need in Sydney. If they do there will definitely be a wait list for many months to a year. I would imagine most would have to drive to Halifax just to get access to a specialist. There will still be waiting lists and not sure they will take MSI. You need to start working with the international student centre to see if your medical needs can be accommodated.

I cannot see Sydney having that level of medical care at all . I have a friend who lives on the South Shore of NS. Nearest hospital is in Bridgewater, he had a minor heart related issue . Put on the wait list , and only place was in Halifax. Transplant issues I’m sure would fall under treatment at the QEII Health Sciences Centre there
BTW, finding a primary care Dr when he moved to the province was a tad bit iffy
Hii guys , I just talked to the clinic nurse about my case , she said they do have nephrologist in nova scotia (sydney), but she said as i have pre-existing condition of kidney transplant , the university will not cover that part in international health insurance..Actually Can anyone please what will be the cost of the extra insurance. As i am taking medications

I don't think that you are going to find insurance to cover these costs. If this isn't covered under the university international health insurance program, you should expect that you'll have to pay for all of this out of pocket.
The issue is you need to see a post-transplant team not just a nephrologist. The transplant centre in the Maritimes is in Halifax and actually some transplant cases have to come to Toronto. Kidneys are usually more straightforward transplants so they would go through Halifax. No insurance company will cover your preexisting conditions. They may do emergency care if you have been stable for a long period of time but would likely be expensive. Routine care won’t be covered. Unfortunately There are no great solutions which is what I was concerned about initially.

I am not sure why you are in touch with medical practitioners in Nova Scotia if you have been told that you won't have medical coverage for your care. These people can't help you. Yes there is likely a nurse monitoring patients in Sydney since going to Halifax on a weekly/monthly basis would not be possible for most. Patients will likely have to drive to Halifax for their medical appointments but are monitored through an NP in Cape Breton. Nova Scotia lacks doctor and has an aging population plus there are no great transportation options except driving. You are likely to encounter similar issues with the UHIP medical coverage for international students in Ontario. I would make contact with UHIP to see if you would get coverage before you apply to a school in Ontario.

I don't think you'll be able to get an offer from a university. Your marks are too low. You may be able to get an offer from a college - however IRCC may refuse your study permit due to your low marks. It's typically quite difficult to get an approved study permit once your grades are below 60.
