Kenya visa refusal second attempt help!!

Hey I need help
My visa got refused on these terms
Thank you for your interest in visiting Canada. After careful review of your student permit application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:


I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.



Am Kenya I applied for an advanced diploma in software engineering
I have paid my tuition
Wrote a SOP I guess it was weak


Any help is appreciated

Hi,when did you apply?I also applied 2 times got refusal.This is my 3rd attempt which i applied on 13th Nov,upto now no updates except for medicals which was updated on 15th Nov.

1st application reasons: family ties in canada &here,purpose of visitm
2nd application: the above two plus employment status
3rd application i had to use a lawyer because the 2 attempts my sister applied for me & she didn't know how to convince well

My lawyer wrote a strong S.O.P and i got a good letter of recommendation from my place of work

I requested a defferal so am going apply again next year with strong everything

If i don't get mine by tomorrow i'll also request for a deferal from the school.But if I get the visa later on,I will just go because my sister lives there
