Dear All,

I am in a bit of a fix, I am finding difficulties justifying the reason of experience letter to my manager. Obviously I do not want to disclose the real reason that is immigration.

In one of the youtube videos someone suggested that you can cite application for part time courses as a reason for the experience letter.

Can anyone please give any pointers to such courses related to software?

Travel to a country which needs visa application or for further study....

The problem is that visa does not need detailed job duties and description.

And if I say further studies is the reason my company would think that eventually I will be resigning, which is why I do not want to give immigration as the reason.

Are there any part time/online courses which require such kind of experience letters?

Why don't you consider going to the head of HR instead? I did and I didn't disclose the reason, just said it is for Canadian consulate and she gave me what I needed without extra questions. May be she thought that it was for a vacation ,idk.. Anyways, a person cannot know visa requirements for all the countries.

Hello friends,
Can we get the experience letter signed by any other senior officer, of our company, but different from immediate BOSS?

I told my boss and HR that I am doing PMP certification. We need to furnish a the experience letter with job duties for PMP.
