Ecas issue is quite common and more like a technical issue. PR process is long and one needs to be calm througout. I would suggest you to continue on regular work and avoid fretting. If everything goes well, you will see positive results. Cheers

CEC inland has been processed fairly quickly. Several people have reported issues with ECAS on the forum. You shouldn't have anything to worry about or wait too long.
