Now you wait for either an AOR or for first stage approval. It will take up to 6 months, so don't be surprised if you don't hear anything at all for 5-6 months.

AOR = Acknowledgement of receipt then after that you should get SA = sponsor approval
There is a Thread for Inland Applicants 2013 you should check it out it has most of the info you need & everyone else who applied inland 2013.
We just sent my PR app for Inland Common-Law sponsorship last month still waiting on my AOR

AOR will give you a file number, but until then - no, there is nowhere to check what's going on with your application... so, for your own sanity: sit back and relax!! currently stage 1 applicants don't really hear anything for 6 to 8 months it seems, you might get an AOR before that but no guarantee...
