Hey Guys,
I have just completed my landing formalities and waiting on my PR card.
I would like leave my employer in the near future and move province.
Could this have an effect on my PR if my employer complains to CIC as I applied through arranged employed?
I have worked for this employer for nearly 3 years giving 110% every time I went to work.
Thanks guys

You have no obligation to stay with your arranged employment employer after you get your PR. I doubt you will find any legal links on that. If it were true, there would be a link by CIC stating that if you get your PR through arranged employment, you must stay with your employer for so-so long but there isn't.

The charter of rights and freedoms says that a PR may live and work in any province. You are not slave-bound to one employer just because they gave you a job letter.

If the shoe were on the other foot, your employer is not bound by it either. They have the same right to lay you off as any other employee.
