Just received OPR but no 2 way courier instructions? what to do

I am from Chandigarh I just received OPR but no courier instruction. what should I do ?

Applied on May 1
Medical done in June 28
Biometrics were already in the system ( from my tourist application)
BVL November 2
OPR November 4
Ielts 8(no less than 8)

My region is chandigarh but vacs are closed in chandigarh so i guess I will call Ircc or vfs delhi office to ask where to submit passport

Congrats bro for your approval. Now, you have to wait for instruction letter. After this you can get the information about where to submit your passport.

You were tourist refused or you had visa?

I feel that this is fake.

Reasons
1. There is no website vfshelpline.com which means there should be no legit email ID possible from them.
2. I have sent a test email and I got an auto reply saying that it is for Canada which I just dont believe as VFS does it for many countries.
3. The font is very off, it doesnt match VFS's ones which I got before.
