Just received Biometrics Validity Letter

Hey guys I just received my BVL. Applied on September 8 and received AIP on September 15th. I was asked to complete a medical examination which I did on September 22nd and gave my biometrics on October 1st. Is it a good sign?
 
Where are you from?

this means that your application has a result. You will receive very soon an answer from CIC.

Definitely a good sign since you got it after AIP. Good luck and keep us posted. I have been waiting since June!

Neither is mine. Mine is Toronto but not in the list. I am just trying to figure if they will only process the permits for the applicants enrolled in one of the approved DLI or it’s just random.
