You'll have to wait for medical because they will ask you for Invitation letter which you'll get in next draw but you can book an appointment which is damn hard to get.
(2) Foreign nationals who, on January 25, 2017 at 13:13:53 UTC, have been assigned a total of 453 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014 and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.

My last application was rejected yesterday because I didn't know to upload my traffic history (I lived in Queensland, Australia and apparently it's required for there). They flat out cancelled the application after 2 months of it sitting in review. I have the driving records since I got my Canadian license using them anyway. Could have easily scanned them.
I was hoping to get into the draw today, but the job bank status was pending. Very annoyed and frustrated.
