I applied for the PR via EE FSW while I was a masters student, but I just finished and defended my thesis. Should I tell CIC or something? This information won't change anything as I already got points for the "masters/professional" level degree.

i got points for professional degree, which is equivalent to a masters degree.

If you already have the points for a Master's degree equivalent, i doubt you will score additional points with another one.

I also don't expect them to penalize you since you are not claiming points for the recently concluded degree.

So i think you're safe.
